Shannon is my sister. And while most would think I'd make her my matron of honour for that reason alone, that would be the furthest from the truth. From being the biggest role model in my life to being the reason I've had so many belly laughs, I couldn't imagine this day without having her by my side. She is one of my biggest cheerleaders and has wanted nothing more than the best for her little sister. Sometimes that meant being brutally honest about past dates. Luckily she loves John just as much, if not more than me!

I met Chris later in my life but he has truly shown me the meaning of friendship. He has been around through some tough times but has been by my side to help me through them. He is probably one of the funniest guys i've known and when we get together the laughs just keep rolling, just ask his wife. Couldn't imagine not having him up there by my side for my big day.

The other little sister I never had. Jana is my cousin from the Miwa side of the family. While going through periods of time of being close, then drifting apart due to college and busy lives, we've managed to find our way back to one another and we're stronger than ever. Being in this new stage of life has been wonderful with her from our nights out, long talks, and Nordstrom Rack outings, I couldn't imagine this day without my fellow country music loving girl.

Manny RRRRascon make sure to roll that R. Manny has been one of my closest friends and one friend that I have a lot of meaningful talks with whether it be for work, relationships, friendships or just life in general. I truly take our conversations to heart and he is a friend that truly makes me want to be a better person. It is not always heart felt, Manny has been known to get me in trouble from time to time but those wild times have led to some great memories and I'm excited to add one more to the list with him as a groomsman.

The little sister I never had. Anna (Annie as I've always called her) is my cousin from the Heredia side of the family. We've grown up together and gone through all the ups and downs. Although our interests and styles sometimes differ, our core is very much alike. We've had late nights of slumber parties, going out on the town, and movie nights that I wouldn't trade for the world. We share anything and everything with each other without judgement and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Kyle Ackerson

Kyle has to be one of my oldest friends, from playing on the same baseball teams together in our oversized baseball jerseys to all that life has had to offer us as adults. Kyle has been one of many inspirations in my life whether its the love he shows his family and kids or just finding joy in the little things that life brings him. I cannot wait to have him up there with me and doing his famous "booty shake" for everyone at the reception.

Nicole and I shared the same preschool, but didn't actually meet each other and become fast friends until the 4th grade. From there, we literally grew up together, growing pains and all. Most of life's firsts we have trailed behind one another and getting married and having families that grow together will be no different. Some of my most favorite memories have been with her by my side and this is just one more thing added to the list that wouldn't be the same without her here.

My future brother in law Johnny. Ever since I met Johnny I’ve grown significantly closer with him. I’ve always been able to ask for advice, joke around, and have honest conversations; something that is rare to find in someone. I look up to the kind of person he is as a father, husband, and friend. I can’t wait to celebrate with him on our special day.

Jennifer often laugh that our personalities were so opposite when we met. She's definitely slightly more timid but has the calm, cool, collected cool girl vibe about her. Despite our different personalities, we really became friends through our love of the Jonas Brothers back in freshman year of high school. Though we've grown out of the JoBro phase, we have consistently stayed close and experienced some of the most fun adventures. From dragging each other to be a wingman on double dates, to living the single life care free and adventurously together and having heartfelt conversations with each other, this day wouldn't be as fun or memorable with her.

Tim very similar to Kyle we grew up playing baseball together. Eventually as we got older Tim became my neighbor and there wasn't a day I wouldn't be at Tim's house, this would be the place to hangout. Tim may be one of my quietest friends but he doesn't need to say much to show how great of a person and friend that he truly is, and did I mention how funny Tim is? He has always been able to deliver the perfect line at any given moment that just makes you laugh hysterically. There was no question that I wouldn't have him up there with me on this special day.

BFFs since diapers. Alyssa has been a sister to me without actually being blood related. We truly embody the relationship of not seeing each other all too often, but when we do it's like no time has passed. The honesty we have for each other, the love and care we have for each other and our families is unlike any other. Having someone who is the most caring, silly, and sweetest person to have in your life, I'm excited for her to be by my side on this special day.

Tomas is one of my newest friends that I have made but he has quickly shown how good of a friend he truly is to me. It started as a golf friendship but our friendship has grown from there and he has grown to be one of my closest friends. He is probably going to be shocked to be included but SURPRISE buddy, can't wait to celebrate with you by my side.

Anyone who knows our family knows the special spot this little girl holds in our heart. She’s the reason John and Brianne can’t wait to have kids. Needless to say we’re excited to have our niece a part of this special day.

Our boys! The age difference really makes Joshua and Kaleb feel like nephews to Brianne, but alas, we are 1st cousins. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that she loves these boys with her whole heart. John and Brianne have gotten to spend one on one time with them and we have to say, they always keep us on our toes. The little gentlemen they are becoming, we’d love to see them walk down the aisle with two pieces of huge importance in their hands, the rings!
