David and Brianne met at Red Rocks Church in July 2022. Brianne was sitting by herself waiting for service to begin when a handsome man with a big smile starting walking toward her. Brianne noticed David right away and was quite surprised by her level of excitement when he sat next to her. During the service, David's good friend Matt got a nudge from the Holy Spirit to tell David in a note on his phone that "the girl sitting next to you is definitely interested in you, I bet you can get her number after service". After service they connected and stayed in touch a little bit over the next few months - but it wasn't until November 30th 2022 that they casually decided to meet at Ecstatic Dance event in Austin. That event lead to a date the next day at Casa de Luz and the rest is history!
