Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear midi to floor length dresses, and gentlemen dressed in a suit jacket and tie.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please plan travel accordingly and prepare to be seated at least 10 minutes prior to the start.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot at the venue. Cars can be left in the parking lot overnight if needed.

Question

Will transportation be provided for hotel guests?

Answer

Yes, there will be 2 shuttles that will depart from the hotels at 3:30pm and 4:00pm. At the end of the night, a shuttle will be available starting at 9:15pm and make several trips through the end of the reception to bring guests to the hotels. The shuttle will make stops at both hotels.

Are the events taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail Hour and Reception will take place indoors.

Can I bring a plus one and/or children?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there an after party?

Answer

Please feel free to join the Bride & Groom for pizza, drinks, and snacks in the café of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel after the reception.
