When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by 7/27/21.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony is planned to be outdoors in the courtyard and the reception will follow indoors. However, in case of inclement weather we do have a backup indoor ceremony space on site.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We have incredible photographers and want our family and friends to enjoy the moment with us. We will be sure to share all of our photos.

Can I take/post pictures of the reception on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels. Please tag each photo with our hashtag, #PatAndBri903

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle provided from Home2Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Grand Blanc.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Guests will be able to park for free at the on-site parking lot at the venue. Ample parking will be available.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you RSVP’ed for yourself and your guest with a meal selection, you may bring a date. However, please refrain from bringing guests you have not RSVP’ed for.

What type of food and drink will be served during cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Passed hors d’ourves during cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner and cake. Bar will be open until 10:30pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know with your RSVP if there are any food allergies that our caterers need to account for.

What health and safety measures will be taken at the event?

Answer

We strongly encourage all guests to be fully vaccinated and/or COVID tested with negative results before our celebration. We also will have hand sanitizer provided throughout the venue and masks will be provided.
