As we all know COVID and the CDC/local guidance is ever changing. We will comply with the local COVID guidelines, with the current guidelines including: - Proof of vaccination of PCR test within 72 hours is required to enter restaurants, bars, concerts and large gathering - Mask mandates will be updated closer to the wedding We plan to comply with all guidelines, which is very likely still include proof of vaccination/PCR test within 72 hours. If you are planning on being in New Orleans for over 72 hours and are you unvaccinated we recommend you plan ahead for local testing. The weather in New Orleans is generally warm with humidity in the summer. The ceremony and second line will be held outdoors. The remainder of the event will be indoors.
The rehearsal dinner is business casual. The wedding ceremony and reception are black tie.
Please check the events portion of the website for times of the events. We plan to start promptly at the listed times.
If you are planning on driving in/ renting a car please note as with most cities parking downtown can be slightly limited. The hotels will have parking ( please look at the website or contact for pricing if needed) and there are a couple garages that would be a slight walk from the hotel.
Uber/Lyft are the best way to get to the city from the airport. The streetcar also runs uptown as well as abundant bike rentals.
While we would love to see your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. If you have questions about child care please feel free to reach out to us.

There will be a shuttle for transportation from the in front of the Ritz Carlton, location of the wedding, to the rehearsal dinner and back. More information about the exact location and times will be provided closer to the event. The hotels with room blocks are a short walk from the Ritz Carlton.
