Shuttle

A shuttle will depart from in front of the Canopy Hotel at 3:00pm to the venue, Milton Ridge. Shuttles from Milton Ridge to the Canopy Hotel will depart at 8:30pm, 9:00pm, and 10pm.
Travel Note
Please park in they Hyatt Shopping Center, Clarksburg, MD 21754, next to Milton Ridge. Guests should park in the side and back areas of the shopping center. Reserved spaces are clearly marked with blue paint on each space. These reserved spots should be utilized before any other spaces. Guests can access Milton Ridge via a small walking path that connects the two properties near Dunkin' Donuts. On-Site Assistance: A parking attendant will be present to assist guests and direct you as needed. Signage: Signage will also be in place to guide you from the parking area to the venue entrance.

We have a block of rooms available at the Canopy Hotel, conveniently located a block from the Welcome Party Location and where we will host an optional Farewell Breakfast. Travel Note
There are three airports in the DC area, the most convenient is Washington National but you can also fly into Dulles or Baltimore-Washington International Airports. From Washington National Airport (DCA): By car: Approximately 40-60 minutes (depending on time of day). By public transit: Approximately one hour. From the airport, take the Yellow Line Metro to Gallery Place-Chinatown Station, then transfer to the Red Line Metro. Exit at the North Bethesda Metro Station, then walk about 10 minutes to the Canopy Hotel or less than 5 minutes to the Marriott. From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): By car: Approximately 35-60 minutes (depending on time of day). By public transit: Approximately one hour and 45 minutes. From the airport, take the Silver Line Metro to Metro Center, transfer to the Red Line. Disembark at the North Bethesda Station, then walk about 10 minutes to the Canopy Hotel or less than 5 minutes to the Marriott. From Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI): By car: Approximately 40-70 minutes. By public transit: Two hours or more. Take the MARC Train from BWI to Union Station. From there, take the Red Line Metro toward Shady Grove. Exit at the North Bethesda Metro Station, then walk about 10 minutes or less than 5 minutes to the Marriott.
