Will there be an open bar?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail formal attire is encouraged. Please be mindful of footwear as the venue is primarily outdoors, and some walking may occasionally be on grass.

What colors should I wear?

Answer

We would love our friends and family to be in the colors of nature! Think: Greens, blues, browns/neutrals.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Please AVOID WEARING the colors white, orange & yellow, as these are reserved for our bridal party.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! There is an onsite playroom for any children who need a break from adult activities.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Yes, however it is mandatory that any extra guest RSVP under any invited guests' name.

I can only come to the ceremony & reception on Saturday. Where should I stay?

Answer

To be near the venue, please choose the wedding block at the Courtyard Rancho Bernardo. You can also use the shuttle to & from the Sheraton Resort in San Diego, which has a complimentary airport shuttle as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - parking at the venue is open and free for all.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! A charter bus is available to pick up & drop off guests from all hotels listed in the "Travel" section of the website. Times will be listed soon.

Should I book a room at the hotel block?

Answer

If you want to be near ALL wedding weekend events, we highly recommend staying in one of the San Diego hotels blocks. If you are only attending the ceremony & reception, we recommend the venue in Rancho Bernardo.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will both be outdoors, with the last hour of the reception indoors. Fans & umbrellas will be provided.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do so during the RSVP process.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you let the photographer & videographer do what they do best, and avoid phone usage during the ceremony.
