Absolutely. Please be responsible.
Formal attire is encouraged. Please be mindful of footwear as the venue is partially outdoors, and some walking may occasionally be on grass.
We would love our friends and family to be in the colors of nature! Think: Greens, blues, browns/neutrals.
Please avoid the colors white, orange & yellow, as these are reserved for our bridal party.
Yes! There is an onsite playroom for any children who need a break from adult activities.
Yes, however it is mandatory that any extra guest RSVP under any invited guests' name.
Yes - parking is open and free for all.
We will provide a charter bus to/from the wedding for convenience. Pickup & dropoff schedule to be shared soon. Bus will do pickups from the downtown hotel (see the travel section), 3 park & ride stops, and the Rancho Bernardo hotels. Bus will also drop off at the same spots.
We have ONE hotel courtesy block at the Courtyard, which is right next to the wedding venue. This is a set rate of $194 per night. If you plan on an early night after the reception, this would be a safe (and close) distance.
If you plan on going out downtown with the bride & groom for after-party celebrations, a hotel downtown is a safe bet. You can either Uber to the ceremony, or jump on the charter bus to the ceremony. Then, when the night comes to an end, we will provide a bus for anyone who wants to go downtown for more late-night dancing after the ceremony. From there, you'll have a much quicker Uber ride back to your hotel.
The ceremony & reception will both be outdoors, with the last hour of the reception indoors. Fans & umbrellas will be provided.
Yes, please do so during the RSVP process.
We kindly ask that you let the photographer & videographer do what they do best, and avoid phone usage during the ceremony.
