Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O'Hare

The Hilton Rosemont has generously provided us with a courtesy block of rooms, which include two styles of standard rooms. One type contains one king bed and the other contains two double beds. The discounted rate is $109 per night. This rate should work for stays from August 6-9. Parking for overnight guests is a cost, but we will cover it for you. Just follow the "view" link below to book a room. The hotel has a pool, restaurant, bar, Starbucks, free shuttles to airport and surrounding area, and wifi should be provided at the reception. If you join the Hilton Honors Rewards program (for free), we believe that also gets you free wifi for your whole stay. Breakfast is a paid expense, and there is a restaurant/bar and a Starbucks in the hotel. There are also several restaurants nearby.

Flight

Chicago O'Hare International Airport

This airport is a known central hub for multiple large airlines. The Hilton Rosemont is about a 5 minute drive from the airport, and there is also a free shuttle that goes to and from the hotel. Flying into O'Hare is easy to fly in to, but when flying out, allow extra time for checking in and security. This is based on personal experience :-/

Train

The El - Blue Line

Chicago has amazing public transit, including a train/subway network and buses that follow the grid system so that traveling with the CTA is intuitive and easy. There is a train station within the airport, and the train line is called the Blue Line. The first stop after leaving the airport is Rosemont, which is an 8-minute walk to the Hilton Rosemont. The blue line can take you downtown as well. Check out the website for all fare info, but a standard ride on the train is $2.50.
