Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Formal Beach Attire: Wear Things similar but not limited to; linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, block heels or sandals.

Cocktails, dinner & dancing to follow the ceremony. Please RSVP & submit your meal choice by December 14th, 2024. Choose between the following meal options Appetizers Shrimp Aguachile- Non-spicy sweet and sour shrimp aguachile mixed with strawberries and cucumber Beet Carpaccio -Thin beet slices accompanied with arugula and citric vinaigrette with goat cheese on the side (Vegan/Vegetarian) Entrées Filet Mignon - Topped with a black truffles and foie-gras sauce, paired with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables Tikin Chik- Grouper marinated in orange and lemon juice cooked in a banana leaf with achiote, onion, garlic, pepper and spices. Served with coconut rice and mixed vegetables Stuffed Chili- Poblano pepper and sautéed vegetables accompanied with an avocado sauce served with coconut or curry rice. (Vegan)
