Friends and Family, our wedding celebration is on Sunday August 22nd, 2021, same place and same time. Despite many restrictions being lifted over the last few months, we are going to ensure that proper precautions will be taken on our wedding day. We care about and love everyone who has been invited to share this day with us and respect your different levels of comfort when being in a social environment. Here are some of the actions we will take during our wedding day: -Temperatures will be taken on your forehead or wrist upon arrival to our ceremony location -Once you are cleared via temperature, you will be given a sticker/ribbon/bracelet (haven't decided yet!) with a specific color that will correspond to your comfort level of social distancing (e.g. red = prefers 6 ft distancing; yellow = elbow bumps and chatting with masks on; green = hugs and dancing) -There will be hand sanitizer and disposable face masks available at our ceremony and reception locations -Our ceremony will be held outdoors (unless there is a blizzard, downpour, tornado, thunderstorm...) with ample space between seats or groups of seats -The reception space is primarily indoors; however, there is a patio right outside of the room, along with a large green space that we can use to socialize and maybe dance! -We ask that you let us know if there are specific guests you would like to sit with, who may be in your "bubble" or are at a similar comfort level. Or if you prefer to be spaced away from others. -And finally, if you are comfortable, please respond in your RSVP whether or not you have been vaccinated for COVID-19 (or have had 1 dose). *This information will stay with Marissa and Brian and will only be disclosed if required by any civil/govt/public health authorities* If you have any other suggestions or questions, please let us know!
