I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
When you submit your RSVP, be sure to select whether you’d like a Meat entree or Vegetarian entree. Everything else is served buffet style so you will be able to pick and choose what you eat!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
In order to allow everyone, including parents, an evening of revelry our wedding is going to be an adults-only event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive between 5-5:15pm to ensure you get to your seat. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:45pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are requesting a semi formal dress code for our evening. Get dressed up and come celebrate with us! Wear whatever color you like, but please NO t-shirts and no jeans!!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, our venue has free parking available for our guests. However, their lot is very small. Please refer to the picture at the top of this page and only park in the highlighted green areas!

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. Additionally, if you RSVP “yes” and plans change so that you are unable to attend, please be sure to change your RSVP accordingly. Thank you!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no photos or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our I do’s. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos & videos as you’d like!

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

The ceremony and reception will both be mostly indoors. However, if weather permits the hangar doors will be open!

Is there going to be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate! Don’t forget to tip the bartender!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 1st, 2023 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you RSVP on our website, there is NO need to mail back the RSVP card.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have addressed the invitations to the people that we would love to have there with us on our special night. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself & your guests. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

I’ll be flying in from out of state. Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
Our wedding will be help approx 1hr south of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Or, 2hrs north of Portland International Airport.
