Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same site?

Yes!

Where exactly is the ceremony on Celebrations at the Reservoir property?

Answer

The wedding will take place at Heron’s View. When you turn into Celebrations, you will take the first left turn into the parking lot. You will then walk across the pier to the ceremony site.

Where will the reception be held on Celebrations at the Reservoir?

Answer

After the ceremony, a brief walk back across the pier will get you to The Gardens. This is where the reception will take place.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony, if it starts at 5?

Answer

A general rule of thumb is to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to make sure you are seated in time!

What hotels are near the venue?

Answer

We’ve listed a few hotels in Midlothian within a couple of miles from the venue on the “travel” page.

What if we want to stay somewhere closer to you guys?

Answer

There are a few hotels listed in Richmond and Sandston. The hotels in Sandston are closer to where we live. It will still be a 20-30 min drive to the venue from these hotels.
