The nearest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), located about 20 minutes from the hotel and wedding venue. We recommend flying into AUS if you're traveling from out of state.
Hotel
Please book using the link below (by 1/23) so rooms are counted towards our reserved block, where you will be able to book at a discounted rate. The hotel is conveniently located just 15–20 minutes from the wedding venue. You'll find plenty to explore nearby — The Arboretum offers a variety of shops and restaurants, while The Domain, just a short drive away, features even more dining and shopping options. Transportation will be provided on the wedding day, with pick-up and drop-off at the hotel.
Shuttle
February 7, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm
A complimentary shuttle will be available to transport guests between the Hyatt Place Austin/Arboretum and Barr Mansion. Two buses will depart the hotel at 3:30 PM to bring guests to the ceremony. In the evening, a return shuttle to the hotel will run at 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
