Kick off the wedding weekend with us! Join us the night before our big day for Welcome Drinks at Austin Beerworks. It’s just a 7-minute drive from the Hyatt Place Austin/Arboretum. Parking is limited, so we kindly encourage you to check into the hotel and carpool or use a rideshare to join the fun. We can’t wait to see you there!

Cocktail attire
If you are staying at the Hyatt Place Austin/Arboretum, board the complementary shuttle at 3:30 PM. Guests are welcome to begin arriving at the wedding venue at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, followed by a cocktail hour. Dinner will be served around 6:15 PM, with dancing to follow. Feel free to shuttle back to the hotel at 9:30 PM or 10:30 PM.
