Casual Attire – wear whatever you like! Jeans, cocktail dresses, and suits are all welcome. This is out in the woods, so the ground is uneven and rocky in spots, we wouldn't recommend that you wear your thinnest stilettos!
This location is on public land, and is somewhat weather-dependent. That's the price of free, baby! Here's our plan: Plan A: Virginia Meissner Snow Park, in the meadow near the lodge. This is a lovely site with plenty of parking, but NW forest passes are required for vehicles ($5 per day, per car). See the FAQ section on where you can pick up a pass. We will have a pretty basic set-up, without seating. Be aware that the only bathrooms on-site are pit toilets. Plan B: If we are at the mercy of Central Oregon's wind/rain/snow/smoke, our ceremony will take place at the reception site (Hoover House), at the same start time of 2pm. We'll be sure to notify everyone if the plan changes! If you would like to attend the ceremony, you must RSVP!
Reception

Casual Attire – wear whatever you like! Jeans, cocktail dresses, and suits are all welcome. We will be dining and dancing on the lawn, so unless you want to help aerate, heels aren't highly recommended!
After the ceremony, guests can head to our reception location, Hoover House. Our reception party will be set up in the Mother of the Groom's lovely backyard, located in the Orchard district of NE Bend. Guests will be free to enjoy a cocktail hour while waiting for the bridal party to finish pictures and return from the ceremony site. There will be wine, beer, and light appetizers available. After the Bride and Groom arrive, we'll enjoy the rest of the wedding activities, a taco bar from Barrio (vegan and vegetarian options available), and some dancing!
