Every room features an Ocean View and Private Balcony, with multiple room types to choose from. The Deluxe King Ocean View room is $599/night (plus 20% tax and a 15% resort/service fee). Gratuities for hotel staff are included, except for food and beverage tips. **Due to FTC price transparency rules, all hotel room rates are displayed online at the contracted group rate including the 15% service charge, but not the taxes. The small print reads "includes fees, before taxes." One night is due at booking. The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
