Reservations must be made on or before the cutoff date in order to be eligible for the group rate. Reservations made after the cutoff will be based on availability at then current rates. Please keep in mind that when one of your guests calls the hotel directly they must speak with “in house” reservations. If they happen to call when Reservations is busy or if they call after our “in house” Reservations is closed they will get transferred to a third party reservations system. The third party cannot not see discounted group reservations. If they do reach the third party they will have to call the hotel back.

No, there are multiple food stations with many many options for all diets
The ceremony and reception are at the same hotel, the Georgian Terrace. If you are not staying at this hotel, please use Uber or Lyft to arrive at the destination. The hotel does have a parking deck and valet parking. 
It is $15 to self park and $20 for valet parking at the Georgian Terrace hotel where both the ceremony and reception are taking place
Please arrive 30-60 minutes before the ceremony which would be 3:00-3:30pm to park and find the Grand ballroom and your seat
Please keep in mind that our ceremony and reception at the Georgian Terrace hotel is located in Midtown Atlanta and can be very busy with traffic. If you are not staying at the hotel and you are driving or Uber-ing, please allot enough time for traffic to arrive promptly at 3:00-3:30 PM for the ceremony to find parking and make your way to the Grand Ballroom Feel free to arrive extra early to the hotel as there are two bars on the first floor and in their bottom level you can enjoy while you wait for the ceremony doors to open.

Floor length dress or tuxedo. The bridesmaids are in gold sequins, so avoid that. Avoid off the shoulder looks to not match people in the wedding party as well. You will be escorted out if you’re in white-HA! Think old Hollywood and classic looks- velvet, glitter, satin and glamorous.

We are registered on Zola, Disney and Williams Sonoma but also will take fund transfers for our Honeymoon directly.
There is a Welcome Party the evening before at 8pm at Round Trip Brewery which is about 15-20 minutes away from the hotel venue. It is a cash bar. There is a Farewell Brunch at our home from 11-2pm on Sunday of coffee and bagels. This is a drop in event and open to all. At 2pm on Sunday, my brother will be hosting a crawfish boil at my home as well. BYOB and BYOChair for the both events.
