Walk Along the James River
Richmond, VA
Stroll along the river for beautiful views of Richmond. Cross the pedestrian bridge to Belle Isle, where you can picnic on the rocks. You can also explore the area by renting bicycles and kayaks.
American Civil War Museum

Located on the ruins of historic Tredegar Ironworks, this excellent museum tells the story of America's Civil War uses hundreds of artifacts and images and a dynamic theater experience.
