While we would love to have you celebrate the whole day with us, we understand that some people may have some scheduling conflicts. If you wish to attend only one event, please let us know personally at least two weeks before the wedding.
Formal wedding attire is one step below black-tie. Traditionally, guests wear either long dresses or dark suits with a tie. Please visit the link below for more information! https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet
We would like for our entire wedding day to be a formal event, however please feel free to change outfits in between the ceremony and reception. Slightly less formal attire for the ceremony is appropriate, please consider wearing suits, khakis, or day dresses. Long dresses and suits are suggested for the reception.
We would hate for you to miss our wedding because there are no babysitters available! If you can't find anyone to babysit, please reach out to us!
We ask that all of our guests be fully vaccinated and boosted if possible. If you are fully vaccinated, we are currently not requiring masks. If you are unable to get vaccinated, we ask that you test negative for COVID prior to attending, and that you wear a mask when not eating/drinking, since some of our guests are older or have compromised immune systems. There will be a link posted for guests to watch the wedding virtually if they are unable to, or feel unconformable, attending the wedding in person!
Yes! Please see the Schedule tab for the link!
We wish that we could grant everyone a plus one for the wedding, but due to budget restrictions and in an effort to be Covid aware, we have chosen to limit our guest list to those whose names are addressed on the invitations.
There is a parking lot near the church and plenty of street parking nearby just in case! For the reception, there is a parking deck located next to the ballroom ($5 fee), as well as other parking decks within a 10 minute walking distance and plenty of street parking!
Please feel free to take home some centerpieces, we wouldn't know what to do with that many vases and candles! We ask that you not remove anything from the tables until the very end of the reception, and check with the bride, groom, member of the bridal party, or event coordinator to make sure it is a decoration up for grabs!
We have not already gotten married! I (Desiree) started bridal modeling around the same time that Brian and I got engaged, and Brian has joined in on some photoshoots. April 2, 2022 will be our only wedding date!
