If you're part of the wedding party and rehearsal activities, we ask you try to arrive by Wednesday night to attend rehearsal activities on Thursday the 2nd. If you're just attending the wedding, arriving the evening of Thursday the 2nd would be our recommendation. It is also our hope as many of you join us at the Rennaisance Festival on Saturday - it's a full day activity and trust us, you'll want to sleep off the fun before heading home if possible.
First and foremost outside of the wedding party, we don't have any special requests on clothing or color - so wear what's comfortable though we would be thrilled to encourage folks to dress up and show off some swag! If you are so inclined, the primary wedding colors are the green and blue you received in your wedding invitations. We also will have a dusty blue on the wedding party. A grey or any earthy color would also pair very well with our mood board - think grasslands, bluebonnets and big blue skies. Given it's spring and Easter weekend, pastels are totally inline as well! We will have a slew of Tex-Mex options as it's our favorite and IMPOSSIBLE to find up north. This includes Beef & Chicken Fajitas, Enchiladas (Chicken, Cheese, Beef and Vegetarian), Tamales, Grilled Shrimp, and all the fixings. Oh, and cake of course, duh. If you have any dietary restrictions please feel free to reach out to us as we are more than happy to do our best to accommodate any special needs. Additionally, the reception is being hosted at Saddlerock Wine & Beer Co., they will provide all beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and strictly prohibit any outside liquid 'influences' - so let's make sure to enjoy those before arriving!
