Travel Note
If you are traveling from California through the San Diego-San Ysidro/Tijuana International Border we recommend you take the toll road towards Transpeninsular Rosarito-Ensenada. As soon as you go through the border into Mexico, you will need to take the far two right lanes to exit towards "Playa de Tijuana", you will go over the bridge and eventually it will take you on a highway along the border towards the beach (west), after 3.5miles you will find a fork on the road and make sure to take the road on the right towards "Playas De Tijuana, Rosarito-Ensenada Cuota, Ruta del Vino", from that point on make sure you follow the signs towards Rosarito-Ensenada until you get to your destination. You will go through 2 toll booth pay stations and they cost about $2-$3 each (cash only) so have some cash available. This is a beautiful scenic route.

There are plenty of hotels around the area, but we highly recommend Vrbo for your stay as there are several great places and more if you get a bigger place to share with others. This house was recommend by some friends, it is 3 bedrooms, modern looking, great customer service with an amazing view. We haven't stayed here before but it looks amazing. Unos amigos nos recomendaron esta casa. Tiene 3 habitaciones, un estilo moderno, excelente servicio al cliente y una vista increíble. Nunca nos hamos quedado aquí, pero se ve increíble.
