Cobden, Illinois is tucked in the Shawnee National Forest. It is a beautiful, rural area, especially during peak fall colors. If you are considering staying in one of the recommended cabins rather than the hotel block at Home2 Suites, we encourage you to book as early as possible. Fall foliage season is especially popular in the Shawnee National Forest, and cabins tend to fill up quickly as visitors come to enjoy the scenery and nearby hiking. Transportation options are limited. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are not always guaranteed, so we strongly recommend renting a car if you will be flying in. Shuttles will be provided to and from Bell Hill on October 31. We cannot wait to share this special place with you!

30 minutes from our venue. Will require a layover in Chicago. Rental cars are available through Hertz. Because the Hertz counter is closed on Sundays, guests flying home that day should reserve their rental through Monday. After-hours drop-off is available on Sunday.

45 minutes from our venue. Will require a layover in Dallas. Rental cars are available through National.

2 hours from our venue. Depending on flight availability, flying in to STL and driving to Southern Illinois may be the quickest and easiest option.
