The Rockies play home games July 16th-21st against the defending champion Dodgers. If you are in town by the 12th, the All Star Game will be at Coors Field.

A beautiful train station in downtown Denver, built in 1881, renovated in 2012 and reopened in 2014. It has fantastic shops, a hotel, and restaurants. If you are a foodie, you must check out The Mercantile with James Beard Award winning Chef Alex Seidel. You can take the A Line train from Union Station directly to the Denver International Airport.

Ten blocks of art decorate the alleyways in downtown Denver, surrounded by local breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and boutiques. Rent a bike and take a tour of the city!
Are you a beer drinker? If so, Denver has dozens of breweries for you to test out the local flavors. You can drive or take the light rail to Golden and take a tour of the Coors Brewery. If you are staying near downtown, some great breweries include Wynkoop, Denver Beer Company, Great Divide, and the Recess Beer Garden.
Every musician dreams of performing at Red Rocks Amphitheater! For the hiking & stairmaster enthusiast...it's a real ass kicker, seriously your butt will hurt after a workout here. 360 degree views of absolute beauty and only 35 minutes from downtown Denver. If you have time for only one tourist type event this should be your top choice. There are hiking & mountain biking trails that surround the amphitheater and an adorable small mountain town, Morrison, to grab a bite & drinks.
