Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites Tacoma/Puyallup. When booking, mention our wedding for a discount. If we receive inquires about Seattle and/or Tacoma we will look into blocking hotel rooms there.
Directions to the venue can be found in the schedule section of our wedding website. We recommend using Google Maps for accurate navigation.
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Thank you for understanding!
Yes of course we would love to have your kids at the wedding to celebrate with us! Please be aware that there are animals on the property, so any children attending need to be supervised at all times.

Yes, our theme is rustic/western, and we encourage guests to incorporate Cowboy hats and/or boots into their outfits. **Do not feel like you need to buy these if you do not have already**

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
Yes, cash gifts are welcome! We will have a secured card box at the venue at the gift table.
Weather in Washington is always unpredictable! You will always need to be prepared for the unpredictable. Weather can range from 60-75 degrees, sunny to rainy. If you check the weather the week before and it says it will be sunny, always be prepared with one outfit for cooler weather and a rain coat. Safe than sorry!
We are going with a more rustic western theme!
Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside and the reception will be indoors. But this all depends on the weather! If it magically decides to rain the ceremony will be held indoors, with cocktail hour still outside but covered by a tent to help with the ceremony to reception transition.
Yes, there is plenty of parking! If you plan to drink, please consider carpooling or taking an Uber/Lyft/Taxi.
As a 'thank you' to our guest there will be an open bar!
We ask that you please have your phones silenced and put away along with any cameras. Our amazing photographer and videographers will be taking plenty of photos and videos that we will be able to share with you after the wedding! Although there will be a moment at the beginning of the ceremony that you will have a chance to take a quick photo or two if you choose.
If any changes are being made this website will be updated at all times. I will also send out a text to make sure you are aware of any changes.
