FAQs

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire will be All-Black, Semi-Formal. Guests are invited to wear black attire in semi-formal styles - think midi or floor-length dresses, and suits, or elevated separates. We love classic, modern, and chic interpretations and can't wait to celebrate together in a beautifully cohesive look.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors. Please be mindful that some areas have uneven terrain. We recommend considering this when selecting your footwear (wedges and flats are encouraged; stilettos are not recommended).

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Spring in the mountains is beautiful but can be unpredictable. We recommend bringing layers and accounting for cool breezy evenings.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes. All events will take place at Pikes Peak Ranch so guests can relax and settle in without traveling through the day.

Question

What should guests be prepared for?

Answer

We have the privilege of getting married in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains. However, with the beautiful views comes the higher altitude and drier air. Altitude can affect hydration and energy levels. Please drink enough water or electrolytes throughout the day and take it slow outdoors.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free on-site parking is available.

Question

How do we get to Pikes Peak Ranch?

Answer

Important: DO NOT take the Sedalia route. Some GPS systems incorrectly direct through Sedalia onto CO-67 where the road becomes unpaved, steep, and winding. Please follow the official route provided under the “Travel” segment of our website.

Question

Where do I find lodging details?

Answer

You can find check-in and checkout times and all lodging details under the “Travel” section of our website.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones but wish for this to be an adults-only celebration.
