All guests must utilize shuttle options unless you have confirmed an arrangement with us in advance. A shuttle will be provided for guests with 4 stops to Royal Oaks Ranch! Our local driving guests should plan to park at the Buellton Marriott or Albertsons to get on the bus! 1:45 PM - 2:00 PM Depart Santa Barbara - La Cumbre Plaza (the former Sears, lower parking lost) 3:00 - 3:15 PM Buellton Marriott 3:45 PM - 4:00 PM Depart Kronborg Inn, Solvang 4:15 - 4:30 PM Depart Albertsons, Buellton 9:00 PM Early Departure in the Santa Ynez Valley Locations 10:00 PM Departure for drop off for Santa Ynez Valley Locations 10:30 PM The Last Shuttle to Santa Barbara.

Flight

Los Angeles Airport

If you choose to have Los Angeles Airport, or LAX as your travel hub, there will be many flight options as well as more affordable airfare. An important consideration is how you plan to get to and from the airport, what time of day your flights are, and the amount of time you will need to do so. LAX offer's both rental car and shuttle options. The wedding venue in Santa Ynez to LAX is at minimum a 3 hour drive, and there is always traffic in addition to that. So total California travel time is likely to be greater than 5 hours to and from airport.

Flight

Santa Barbara Airport

By choosing Santa Barbara Airport or SBA, you will land and take off right in the heart of the wedding weekend. Santa Barbara Airport is quaint, with quick security lines and approximately 40 minutes from where we live and where the wedding venue is. If you choose to stay in Santa Barbara it is about 15 minutes away. Flight options will be fewer, more expensive, and all will require connections in LA, Phoenix, or San Francisco. This option is recommended if your trip is only a few days and your time is limited.
