Our RSVP deadline is Sunday, July 2, 2023.
Wedding invitations were addressed to those invited from your household. If your invitation or RSVP has a guest’s name included, then yes! If you did not receive a guest designation on your wedding invitation or RSVP, we politely ask you not to bring a guest. We want to keep our special day as intimate as possible and will not be able to accommodate unexpected attendees. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, we have decided to host an adult-only wedding ceremony and reception with the exception of our nephews and family members with newborns. We hope you take the opportunity to enjoy a nice getaway to the White Mountains and have a great weekend or evening with us!
We suggest booking as soon as possible! August is a busy season for indoor hockey at Waterville Valley, so the sooner, the better! Check out our 'Accommodations & Travel' page to see what your options are.
We will be having a phone-free and camera-free ceremony. We have hired incredible photographers and videographers to capture this moment and we'd hate to have phones in the middle of our most treasured photos and videos. We will be happy to share the photos and videos a few weeks after the wedding. Aside from the ceremony, pictures are welcome at all other points of the night!
Semi-formal/cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception. We'd suggest no pointed-heel shoes as the ceremony and cocktail spaces will be on grass! No jeans, sneakers, or dress colors reserved for the bride (white, ivory, cream, etc.), please!
There will be free parking available at both the ceremony and cocktail/reception spaces, as well as many free parking areas around the entire village for your convenience.

If weather becomes a problem, the ceremony will be moved from the Osceola Arbor to the Main Dining Room within the Waterville Valley Resort Conference Center (56 Packard's Road). The cocktail hour will move from outdoor next to the Garden Terrace Tent to the Speakeasy Lounge (56 Packard's Road). The reception will be hosted in the Garden Terrace Tent, rain or shine!
We will be hosting a semi-open bar for cocktail hour that will include beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Liquor will also be available at this time but is not included in the open bar. For the cash bar that will be available during the reception, Waterville Valley Resort takes both cash and card.
