If you plan on joining us for the full weekend, we will be hosting a fire with s'mores and beer next to the Osceola Arbor on Friday night and we would love to spend some extra time with you. WVR was forced to remove their seating due to past guests relighting fires after hours, so please feel free to bring a camping chair or some blankets to sit on if you wish!

The ceremony will be held at Osceola Arbor starting at 4:00 PM. We ask our guests to arrive by 3:40 PM at the latest! Please remember the ceremony will be phone/camera-free! There is parking available.

Behind the Waterville Valley Conference Center and next to the Garden Terrace Tent, the cocktail hour will be hosted on the grass where there will be drinks, appetizers, a cigar bar, and lawn games. There is parking available.

The reception will be hosted in the Garden Terrace Tent. Bring your dancing shoes! There is parking available.
