Appalachian Trail
The B&B is located nearly adjacent to the Appalachian Trail, and the above address is a parking area for you to leave your car while hiking. Feel free to get outside and enjoy the scenery!
Hersheypark
Hersheypark is a great way to spend a summer day. Extend your stay and hang out over the weekend - just make sure you stop by the waterpark!
The Handsome Cab
Absolutely Maggie's favorite place to eat and she tries to find any excuse to bring people here. The Handsome Cab is a restaurant with an extensive wine list, beautiful grand piano, and art studio!
Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex
If you've never actually been, the Pennsylvania capital is worth exploring. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and markets line the streets of Harrisburg. Stop at one of the museums, walk through the domed capitol complex, stroll along the Susquehanna River, and grab a delicious pizza at the Cork & Fork (seriously, really good pizza)!
Tanger Outlets
Sometimes it's nice to indulge in a little shopping, and luckily the Tanger Outlets in Hershey are very close!
Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center
For the last several years, we've made trips to Gettysburg on our Veteran's Day anniversary. There's so much rich history here! It is well worth a day trip and is relatively close by!
