Mariah and Bria have been best friends for 10 years. They've been partners-in-crime since high school. After graduation, nothing changed. Mariah's light-hearted, whimsical take on life has always complimented Bria's sometimes serious rigor and ambition. The two of them put together make the most comical, loving, and adventurous pair. They've yet to embark on a journey without one another. Being more like sisters, Mariah knows Bria to a T making her the perfect fit to be right next to the bride on her special day. Mariah's unconditional love, helpful nature, and ability to turn any negative into a positive are the reason she's Bria's Maid of Honor.
Jordyn Hawkins-Rippee
Best Man
Miles & Jordyn met at Hampton University. The unlikely pair hit it off and gradually grew closer as they discovered their similar backgrounds. They both attended Baltimore private schools (Gilman School & Loyola Blakefield, respectively). and even competed against each other in track and field prior to formally meeting. They quickly became a duo on campus. Chances are, if you saw Jordyn around, Miles was close by.
Keshia Capers
Maid of Honor
Keshia and Bria met as roommates in pre-college at Hampton University. They took some time to warm up to one another, but once they did, their bond was unbreakable. From dorm sleepovers, to college parties, to apartment warmings, to 21st birthdays, and graduations, Bria and Keshia haven't missed a beat. They quickly became like sisters. Keshia's fierce loyalty and tendency to protect those around her are what make her so special.
Miguel Ramos III

Bria and Miles met Miguel at Hampton University in pre-college. Although quiet, Miguel has consistently been one of Bria and Miles most dependable and loyal friends.
Morgan Jenkins

Morgan is the sister of the groom. As the big sister, Morgan has always protected Miles and has been a tremendous support system in his life.
Brandon Andrews

Brandon is the brother of the bride. He and his sister's close relationship has run over into a rapport with the groom. Brandon's sense of humor and moral support are greatly appreciated and we're excited to have him be apart of this day!
Megan Charleston

Megan and Bria met in kindergarten at Christian Heritage School. They've been friends since 2nd grade. As Bria's oldest and dearest friend, Megan always holds Bria accountable and isn't afraid to "tell it like it is". The two pride themselves in their nurturing and candid relationship. Their natural, sisterly bond has been a foundation for Bria and she couldn't envision this day without Megan by her side.
AJ Peters

AJ is one of the first friends Bria and Miles made at Hampton. As the years have gone by, they have only grown closer as friends. Miles credits AJ for giving him the courage to share his feelings with Bria and pursue their relationship. AJ's energy brightens any room, and Bria and Miles are excited to have AJ apart of this day.
Jenae Anderson

Jenae is the older cousin of the bride. Having grown up together, Jenae is more like Bria's big sister. Jenae has been there for every milestone of Bria's, from first steps and first words to weddings! Jenae has a warm presence and great sense of humor. The big day wouldn't be the same without her being by Bria's side.
Noah Charleston

Noah and Bria have known each other since starting kindergarten at Christian Heritage School. Noah has remained a reliable and good friend to Bria. Upon meeting Miles, the two hit it off, and so began another friendship. Miles is excited to have someone as loyal and supportive as Noah by his side.
Ilesha McKenzie

Whoever said, "Your first friends are your cousins" knew exactly what they were talking about when it came to Bria and Ilesha. Bria and Ilesha are 2nd cousins close in age and have always been attached-at-the-hip. As they grow into their 20s, their close relationship hasn't wavered.
Jordan Thompson

Jordan was one of Miles' first pals. The two grew up on the same street and have shared countless memories. From riding bikes around the neighborhood, endless sleepovers, and hours of video games, Miles and Jordan have done it all. It only seems fitting that they would embark on another adventure together.
Bri Schlemmer

Bria and Bri met when Bri shadowed Bria for a day in 8th grade. Bria forgot to do her history homework and Bri helped her with it before class. Bria realized how smart Bri was, but soon learned she was also selfless and loyal. Bri and Bria quickly became friends and have been best friends ever since. Bri's guidance and love have kept Bria grounded for 10 years. "Mama Bri" as she is affectionally called is an unwavering source of wisdom, love, and friendship.

Miles met Matthew during the summer of 2016 at a Harvard Business School Program. They formed an instant connection having both been from Baltimore. Since then, Matthew has grown to be a reliable friend and confidant. He's always willing to offer a listening ear. Matthew is a man of great faith that Miles and Bria are excited to have in their wedding party.
