Welcome Dinner

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Tollhouse, Whispertree Retreat
12378 Boonville Rd, Boonville, CA 95415

Attire suggestions: Fun, funky, comfortable... feel free to dress up a little and have fun with it! Bring a jacket in case things get nippy.

The welcome dinner will be outside in the backyard garden of the Toll House. It is a grass surface, so wear shoes good for walking on grass, and bring or wear shoes you can dance in for the square dance! For dinner, we'll be having a Taco Bar! Appetizers and cocktails are from 5:30 pm to 6pm and tacos start at 6pm.

Welcome Square Dance!

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Whispertree (formerly Bell Valley Retreat)
12378 Boonville Road, Boonville, CA 95415

Attire suggestion: Fun and comfortable! Shoes you can dance in!

Please join us for an epic welcome square dance, complete with live old-time string band! Never been to a square dance? Fear not! Our dear friend Christine is the "caller" who let will you know what to do and walk the group through the moves before each dance! Dancing not required... though the bride is not above a bit of peer pressure! Trust her, it's fuuuun! This will also take place outdoors, outside the barn adjacent to the Toll House. Bring layers in case it's cool, but you'll warm up dancing!

Pre-ceremony fun & games

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

INTERACTIVE HIKE: Our dear friend Josh, whom Bria met many moons ago working at Telluride Academy, has created It is a self guided interactive nature walk with a wedding theme. It will be a mellow hike with short activities along the way. Go at your own pace and start whenever you like. It can be done with a group or solo. The route will take about an hour. Start at the barn. YOGA: Our wildly multi-talented friend Christine, our fearless square dance caller, has also kindly agreed to lend her talents as a yoga teacher! Join her in the Yurt at 11 am for some restorative pre-wedding yoga! We'll bring some extra mats, but if you're a local and you can easily throw in your yoga mat, bring it! BUTTON-MAKING! This is a fun craft for the whole fam. Meara, the maid of honor, has hauling her heavy-a$$ button-making machine down from Oregon for a fun and wearable souvenir! The button-making station will be set up in the backyard of the Toll House. YARD GAMES... and more!

Let's do this thing! (ceremony & partayyy)

2:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Attire suggestion: Country chic. Be fancy, be free, but be ready to walk a bit on dirt paths & gravel!

The ceremony begins at 3pm. Cocktail hour, dinner and dance party to follow!
