To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. If you will be traveling from out of town and bringing your children to Omaha for the weekend, we'd be happy to help in finding a reputable babysitter for the wedding reception!
Downtown will be busy on both Friday & Saturday. You are strongly urged to Uber or Lyft. You CAN park in front of the venue on Saturday night if there is availability, however, this lot is small. You are also welcome to use the Fairfield Hotel parking--it is shared with the venue. There is a parking lot at the church or easy, nearby street parking.
Although Kyle would love nothing more than to see a bunch of people in Buffaloes gear while in the heart of Cornhusker country, we ask that you try to stick to formal attire if possible (cocktail dress, suits, slacks/button down, etc). However, as we will be having a live band, whatever you wear should allow you to get down on the dance floor!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 as we do not want to wait one extra second to make this official! Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the venue from wherever you may be staying--Omaha has one main road (Dodge), which means traffic can be unpredictable at times.
The most important thing for us is ensuring the health and safety of our friends and family. As we get closer to the event and understand the local guidelines as well as recommendations from public health efforts, we will share additional information here about safety precautions. If for whatever reason you feel ill or are just unsure of wanting to be a part of a crowd, please do not hesitate to stay at home and send your love and support from afar.
