A shuttle will be running at select times to take guests to the venue and will be running continuously on the half hour to bring guests back to the hotel blocks. The shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at both the Westin and Homewood Suites. Pick Up Times: Homewood Suites - 1:30pm & 1:45pm Westin - 1:45pm & 2:00pm Leaving Bavaria Downs: 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00

Complementary valet service is provided at Bavaria Downs if you choose not to ride the shuttle. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to utilize this service. You will not be allowed to park your own vehicle as the parking lot is 1/2 mile away from the venue.
Flight
If guests will be flying in, the best airport will be the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. The hotel block will only be a quick 15 minute drive from the airport.
