During this time if you have games and activities to contribute this would be best time to do so. 12PM-6PM Close friends/family arrive and check into your room 3pm to 5pm - Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner. Parents, Officiant, Bride, Groom and flower girl. 5PM to 6PM - Rehearsal Dinner (Casual) 6pm to 11pm - Close friends, family of the bride and groom hang out at the property, etc. etc. Sunday, September 4th 9am-11am Close friends/family have breakfast 2PM Arrival of ceremony guests begin with light snacks and snacks, games and mingling We encourage all to wear a stylish hat. Think Kentucky Derby, Royal Wedding, Steamboat Punk. You choose to dress casual, stylish, formal. 4PM Ceremony begins 4:30PM to 5PM Mingle and formal photo opps 5PM to 6PM Dinner in the Grey House, Games & Mingling. Serving both meat and vegetarian options. Roast beef, fried chicken, salmon with dill sauce, party potatoes, mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, broccoli salad, rolls and butter. Vegetarian options will be provided by Lina's Thai Kitchen (details to come). 6PM to 7PM Desserts served in the White House. 6:30 Cutting of the cake by bride and groom under tent 6:45 Daddy Daughter dance, Mother/Son dance Father/daughter dance under tent 7PM to 10PM Party Dancing under tent We did not do a registry. Cash/Check donations are appreciated, but if you have a fun or sentimental gift we would love the surprise. Of course the best gift of all is your presence, so please do not sweat it and just come and have fun!
