Our Story
From near and far…
Brett and Kaity have been together since the end of March 2015, and through all of life’s adventures, their constant has always been each other. From Brett’s rigorous studies to become a doctor, to Kaity’s exploration of dance, yoga, and business, and the many cities they’ve each called home — sometimes apart — their bond has only grown stronger with every chapter.
Their story began on a random night, March 21st, 2015 (or, more easily remembered as 3,2,1…). Kaity agreed to teach her friends how to play poker in a VCU dorm room during freshman year, and everyone insisted they invite Brett. From the moment they met, they both felt drawn to keep the conversation going — and they did, talking all night. The rest, of course, is history.
Now, Brett and Kaity are beyond excited to celebrate this next chapter of their story, and are so grateful you are here to join in that celebration!
