Travel & Getting Here Getting to Allenspark The nearest airport is Denver International Airport (DEN), about 90 minutes to 2 hours from Allenspark depending on traffic, especially during peak Estes Park tourist season. We recommend renting a car — there's no great rideshare (unless you want to spend $200) or public transit service to this part of the mountains, so a personal vehicle is the most reliable way to get here and back. Part of the drive winds through mountain canyon roads, so please download offline directions before you lose cell service, and allow extra time if you're not used to mountain driving. Where to Stay We've reserved a block of rooms at the Expedition Lodge in Estes Park, about 20 minutes from the venue. Book by: ASAP — rooms at our rate are limited, so please reserve early. Getting to the Venue If self-drive: Plenty of on-site parking is available. Please plan for a designated driver or arrange a ride back to Estes Park, as the drive includes mountain roads at night. A Few Things to Know Allenspark sits at about 8,500 feet elevation — if you're coming from lower altitude, drink extra water and take it easy the first day. September weather in the mountains can swing from sunny and 75°F to cold and windy in the same afternoon, so pack layers just in case.
