Our ceremony will be held outdoors at Wild Basin Lodge. In case of inclement weather, we have an indoor backup location at the venue. The reception will be indoors with the exception of a few "first dances" that will be outside.
We'll have an open bar from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Last call will be shortly before the reception ends.
Allenspark sits at about 8,500 feet, so please stay hydrated and take it easy if you're coming from lower elevation. September mountain weather can be unpredictable — pack layers just in case.
We will be meeting with all of our favorite people one last time for coffee and pastries at the Expedition Lodge - Lakeview Room. All are welcome!
We're having an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that you keep phones and cameras away until after we're announced as married. Our photographer will capture every moment, and we can't wait to share those photos with you!
Yes, mostly! There is a 5 minute walk down a gravel path to the ceremony site. Please wear appropriate shoes for the short distance. If this walk is a concern, please let us know. Handicap parking is accessible.
