What if I can't make it?

We know the wedding is coming up quickly and you may already have a conflict. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know by text before we send out invitations so we can plan our guest list accordingly. We completely understand and really appreciate you letting us know! When should I RSVP?

Answer

When we send out official wedding invitations, there will be two ways to RSVP: 1. An “RSVP” tab on this website where you can respond online 2. An RSVP card included with your invitation that you can fill out and mail back to us

We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire suitable for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

Are Plus-Ones Allowed?

The names on your invitation are the only ones invited. If you have any questions or think we may have missed someone, please reach out. We’d be happy to clarify.

Are my kids invited?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors on-site.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We currently have a room block at the Holiday Inn in Latham (~15 minutes) for the nights of 8/8 and 8/9. There are currently 15 singles and 5 doubles available at $140/night. A shuttle will also be provided to and from the venue if you plan to utilize the open bar and cars can be left overnight at the venue! Absolutely! If you have specific dietary needs, please contact us so we can make sure there are options for you. Since Alivia and many of our family members are vegetarian, it’s very important to us that everyone is able to enjoy the wide variety of food we’ll have at the wedding. Yes! There is a wedding registry tab on this website. Your presence at our wedding is the most important thing to us, so please don’t feel any pressure to purchase anything.
