We recommend flying into Sarasota Airport or Tampa Airport and either renting a car or taking an Uber or Lyft to get around.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Head over to our travel page! We have hotel rooms blocked at the Hyatt Regency and Aloft. Use our group rates to book those. If they are no longer available, there are plenty of other great hotel options to check out in Downtown Sarasota and the surrounding areas. You could also look into an Airbnb or VRBO rental!!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a trolley stopping at the Hyatt Regency and Aloft hotels which will take guests to the venue and back. If the trolley fills up, we recommend taking Uber/Lyft to get home safely. There is also plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive.
