When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st by going to the RSVP Tab and responding for all guests in your party for the both the Welcome Dinner and the Wedding Ceremony & Reception.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Make sure your passport is up to date!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying the Hilton Los Cabos where all wedding events will take place. We’ve reserved a room block with a group rate. Please visit the Travel & Hotel Tab for more information and to access the link to reserve a hotel room.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), which is about 20 minutes from the hotel. Please visit the “Travel & Hotel” tab for more information.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking transportation in advance via private transport or taxis and Ubers are also available. Please visit the Travel & Hotel Tab for more information.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Not necessary! Most guests will get around by shuttle, taxi, or rideshare. The resort and local attractions are easily accessible.

What’s the weather like in Cabo in early October?

Answer

Cabo is sunny and warm in October, usually in the high 80s°F during the day and low 70s°F at night.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm so please arrive by 4:00pm to be seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

All events will be beach adjacent and the weather will likely be in the 80s so dress comfortably. Thursday Welcome Dinner | Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Friday Wedding & Reception | Beach Attire: Think breezy and relaxed—lightweight pants, short-sleeved button-downs, flowy dresses, and comfy sandals are perfect!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We'll be serving tasty Mexican food buffet-style at both the Welcome Dinner and Wedding Reception, with vegetarian options available. Just let us know about any food allergies when you RSVP!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Everyone is invited to the Thursday evening Welcome Dinner and the Lunch & Beach Day on Saturday. Please visit the Schedule Tab for more information.
