What dates should I book for my hotel room?What dates should I book for my hotel room?

Answer

There is a three night minimum and we recommend booking at least Thursday, February 12 - Sunday, February 15, 2026. Matt and Brent will be arriving before and staying after these dates. Check out the schedule tab to see what you can expect.

What is the difference between Grand Palladium and TRS Coral?What is the difference between Grand Palladium and TRS Coral?

Answer

Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is the resort. Everyone has access to this property as long as they are staying within our block. Within the property there are two hotels, Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres and TRS Coral Hotel (Adults Only). Most of our group will be staying at the TRS Coral. There is a Family Selection option that has access to the TRS Coral property for adults traveling with those under 18.

What is included with my hotel room rate?What is included with my hotel room rate?

Answer

The Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive experience with unlimited dining at buffets and à la carte restaurants, top-shelf drinks, 24-hour room service, and activities like non-motorized water sports, nightly entertainment, and access to pools, beaches, and fitness facilities. Guests also enjoy various amenities, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, and optional upgrades for exclusive services such as the spa.

Will all the events be at Grand Palladium?Will all the events be at Grand Palladium?

Answer

Yes! Once you arrive at the resort you should not need to leave until you are heading back to the airport to travel home. But let's not think about that!

Answer

Yes! We accounted for everyone to travel with someone they love (a friend or significant other!) Please consult your RSVP or reach out to us if you have any questions or uncertainty on who we included.

Answer

Children are welcome to travel with you; we chose a resort with a family-friendly option for a reason! However, please note that all wedding events are 18+. Grand Palladium offers childcare services for a fee. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to us!

Do I need a passport?Do I need a passport?

Answer

YES! Your passport must be valid at least 6-months after your travel dates (valid through August 2026)! Check this NOW! If you do not have a passport, or need to renew, apply now, passports are taking longer than normal to process.

Answer

Yes! To guarantee full access to all wedding events, all hotel bookings must be made through the travel tab above. Please do not book directly with the hotel, through third-party websites, travel portals, or at another property. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us or Paradise Travel before booking.

Nope — and trust us, you won’t want to! Staying elsewhere means you won’t be able to access our resort. We carefully vetted and partnered with the best to make this an amazing experience. Plus, staying on-site is the only way to guarantee full access to all wedding events. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

Can I stay more than 3 nights?Can I stay more than 3 nights?

Answer

A minimum 3 night stay is required, but you may extend your trip if you wish to continue the fun before or after the fest! This can be done during booking. The group rate is valid three days before and three days after the room block dates. If you plan to extend your trip further than those dates, please speak to the travel agency.

Answer

We completely understand! It is our sincerest hopes that no one feels guilty or obligated to join. You will be met with total understanding and love from the both of us. If you cannot make it, please let us know via our RSVP as soon as possible. As you might imagine it is very difficult planning a destination event and letting us know your plans now will help us in accommodating as many people as possible who want to attend.

At this time we plan on arriving February 8 and departing February 17, 2026.

Can I drink the water at the resort?Can I drink the water at the resort?

Answer

There are filtered water stations throughout the resort to refill your bottles (labeled "agua potable"), and these are perfectly safe to drink from! For those with sensitive stomachs, we recommend using this filtered water to brush your teeth with as well. Ice and water in all the restaurants and bars on site is filtered and safe to drink as well.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. This resort is excellent with allergies and will ask you about this at check-in. They will help you prepare an allergen card to show the restaurants and buffets. At each place you eat, the manager or chef will be happy to consult you on your options and will take the time to make sure you can either find something safe to eat, or will prepare a special dish for you. We will also make sure to accommodate your allergies or dietary restrictions at our wedding events. Please email these to loverfest2026@gmail.com by December 29, 2026.
