Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. Please do not park on the grass. Cars may be left over night, but must be picked up on 6/5 before 10am.

Are Ubers/Taxis Available?

Answer

There are no Ubers or Taxis but we will provide a bus from the hotel to the venue and back. Please indicate on RSVP if you will be using the bus service.

How far is the venue from the hotel?

Answer

The venue is 20-25 minutes from the hotel. We will be providing transportation via bus to and from the venue. Please indicate on RSVP if you will using the bus service.

How often will the bus go to and from the hotel?

Answer

Departing time to venue is to be determined. After dinner, the bus will transport from the venue to the hotel every hour on the hour.
