Flight
Travel Note
There are two testing sites at the Dublin Airport. Pre-booking required.
Rental Car
The best way to get to our venue, as well as explore Ireland is to rent a car. Please note, cars on the island of Ireland drive on the left-hand side of the road. Northern Ireland uses miles per hour, while the Republic of Ireland uses kilometers.
Train
There’s a train that goes from Dublin (Heuston station) to Carlow. The ride is a little more than an hour long and it’s about 11 euros one way. Once you arrive in Carlow, you would need to get a cab to Borris House (20 miles away). Online search suggests that ride is about 30 euros. This could be a viable option for those that prefer not to rent a car.
Travel Note
If it is a PCR test you need, you would need to travel to Kilkenny for this. Below is a link to the location where they do testing. There is a fee for this - approx €120-€150. If it is just a professional antigen test you need, then you can get this from a local pharmacy in Borris, Kissanes Pharmacy. This is usually about €30.00
