The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o'clock in the evening. We recommend getting to the venue 30 minutes prior to event start time to make your way to the ceremony space and find your seats. If you arrive earlier, you will have time to grab a drink at the Clubhouse prior to the ceremony start!
We are excited to celebrate our big day in style! We kindly request that all guests don formal attire for our special day. For ladies, we suggest your favorite elegant midi or maxi length dresses. For gentlemen, we suggest a classic suit or tuxedo. Our ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors & reception indoors.
We adore your children but we have decided to make our celebration an adults only event.
We would love to include everyone, however, due to venue limitations, we cannot accommodate extra guests beyond those listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!
If you are staying at the Lodge hotel or the Fairfield Inn & Suites, there will be a shuttle to take you to and from the venue.
Yes, There will be parking available at our venue! If you plan to take advantage of our open bar, we request you utilize the shuttles, rely on Uber/Lyft, or assign a designated driver for the night!
Our ceremony will be unplugged so please keep your cellphones tucked away. We hired a fabulous photographer who will capture our special moments. That said, at cocktail hour & the reception take as many photos as you would like. We will be available for selfies if you meet us on the dance floor!
You will definitely be missed! If you are unable to make it, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you already RSVPed "Attending" and can no longer make it, please notify Danielle as soon as you are aware.
