What food will be served during the reception?

Answer

Stationary Display - medley of olives, marinated artichokes, cured meats, crudité board, artisan cheeses, grapes, berries, roasted red pepper chickpea spread, warm spinach artichoke dip, toasted chips, flatbread, and assorted crackers Passed Appetizers - Bacon wrapped scallop, coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped date, and bruschetta stuffed mushroom Pre-plated Salad - Apple and mixed baby green Main Buffet - A choice of Sliced Flank Steak or Pan Seared Salmon Buffet Sides - Garlic mashed potatoes, cheese filled pasta with pesto cream sauce, roasted asparagus, and assorted breads with butter

Will there be a vegetarian option?

Answer

Yes, there will be a vegetarian option. The salmon is a kosher meal option, but the flank steak is not . Please reach out to us when you RSVP if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can notify the caterer well in advance.

Will there be kid-friendly meal options?

Answer

The kids' meal is chicken tenders, mac & cheese, grapes, carrots, and a cookie. Please notify us if anyone under the age of 12 in your party would like the kids meal so we can get an accurate head count.

Will there be alcoholic beverages?

Answer

We will have an open bar, and two specialty cocktail options of the bride and groom's choice, for anyone who is over 21 years old. There will also be a spirit-free hot cocoa bar for guests of all ages!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Please note, the venue has strict time frames for how long the event takes place, so keeping the exit punctual will help our team stay on schedule for the clean up/take down window given at the end of the reception. Thank you for understanding!
