An intimate dinner for the wedding party will be held after the rehearsal itself at Maggiano’s in Springfield. Our party will be seated in the “Grand Room.”

Closed Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

All non-wedding party guests, please dress in formal attire (e.g. suit & tie, full-length or tea-length dresses)
This is an intimate, closed wedding ceremony for the wedding party, and family members who have received an invitation, to attend. All wedding guests are invited to begin celebrating during the cocktail hour following the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Please begin our celebration of marriage by starting with a cocktail hour while the wedding party takes photos after the closed wedding ceremony. Following the cocktail hour, the wedding party and guests will join together for the reception.
Reception

Following the cocktail hour, guests will gather and celebrate the marriage of the bride and groom with dinner, dessert, drinks, and dancing. Speeches, the first dance, and cake cutting will happen during this time.
Bride & Groom Send Off
8:45 pm - 9:00 pm
Gathering outside, guests will send off the bride and groom with bubbles (in place of sparklers or rice). Please note, the venue has strict time frames for how long the event takes place, so keeping the exit punctual will help our team stay on schedule for the clean up/take down window given at the end of the reception.
