When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP using the QR code on the back of the invitation by June 1st. We hope to get to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue does not allow guests to arrive any earlier than 3:45pm on the wedding day. Please plan to arrive between then and 4:00pm!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from Hampton Inn & Suites Newburgh-Stewart Airport to and from the venue.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, however it may be limited. If you plan to drive to the venue, please consider carpooling! Please also allow extra time for travel this day as traffic is heavy in the area around that time.
