FAQs

The Wedding Website of Brenna Sarae Hoaglin and Logan Carl Lovelace
If you have any other questions beyond what is listed here, feel free to reach out to Brenna or Logan prior to the wedding day. If you have questions on wedding day, please reach out to Chelsea Newton (Wedding Coordinator) at (607) 351-3715 as Brenna and Logan will not be responsive to their phones.
Question

How do I rsvp?

Answer

Please use the RSVP tab on this site or the QR code on your invitation to let Brenna and Logan know if you will be attending. Please only RSVP for your name and others listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one listed on your invitation, please specify their name when you RSVP so that they can be listed on the seating chart.

Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than the 29th of May so that Brenna and Logan have enough time to relay headcount to all vendors. If you do not RSVP by May 29th and have not reached out to Logan or Brenna, your invitation will be marked as unable to attend.

Question

Do I automatically get a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately Logan and Brenna were unable to accommodate for everyone that they wanted to invite as the cost for weddings these days is very high. This doesn't mean Brenna or Logan don't love all their extended friends and acquaintances dearly, they just were only able to invite their close friends and family. Brenna and Logan both sincerely hope you can understand.

Question

Are my children invited?

Answer

After much consideration, Brenna and Logan have decided to only invite children of immediate family members and all names of those invited are listed on your invitation. While they love all of your families dearly, they were unable to accommodate for all the little ones of all the families invited. Brenna and Logan hope this gives you all the opportunity to treat it as a date night and enjoy some adult time.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available during the cocktail hour and reception for anyone who wishes to partake in drinking. There is a "no shot" rule in place as per the contract policy with the bar vendor. There will be a beautiful variety of local wines and spirits in addition to traditional staples for you to enjoy.

Question

When is the party over?

Answer

Brenna and Logan will share a last dance privately on the dance floor while everyone gathers outside to send them off at 9:45! Brenna and Logan will be staying on site for the evening but will be happy to exchange well wishes and goodbyes after their dance as everyone leaves for the evening. The wedding is officially over at 10:00PM.

Question

If only one of us can make it can I bring someone else along?

Answer

Please do not bring anyone not listed on your invitation. If only one person on the invitation can make it, please RSVP only for the person attending. This will be a gathering for Brenna and Logan's close family and friends only.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would like to keep the event tone formal. Suits, Dresses, or your favorite formal outfits are all appreciated. All folks please refrain from wearing jeans or hats and ladies please don't wear black or any shade of white. The ceremony is outside down a pebble path so stiletto heals are not recommended.

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

3:30PM would be an appropriate time for guests to start arriving give or take a few minutes. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 4:00PM.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This is an unplugged ceremony meaning Brenna and Logan request that you keep your phones away for the entirety of the ceremony. There will be two highly skilled photographers on duty capturing every moment and Brenna and Logan hope to have their shots and memories unobstructed by phones in guests hands. There will be plenty of time to have the photographer take a photo of you with the couple during cocktail hour or after dinner for your keeping, these will be shared with you when the photographer releases them.

Question

Can I come give well wishes to the couple during dinner?

Answer

While Brenna and Logan look so forward to seeing each person and chatting with them, they request that you refrain from interrupting their time to eat. Often times couples never get to eat the food at their weddings and Brenna and Logan are looking forward to sharing their first meal intimately as husband and wife to fuel themselves for a night of dancing and fun with everyone. They thank you for respecting their wishes.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

Food options include brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, and salad.
