Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm, we suggest arriving 20-30 minutes prior to park and take your seat. Downtown Charlevoix can get congested at times due to the draw bridge, please keep this in mind!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will both be held at the same place. No traveling required.
Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Our dress code is formal. For gentlemen this could mean a suit, dress pants and a nice dress shirt. A tux is not required. For ladies this could mean floor length, tea length or midi dresses. Please no jeans, denim, shorts, or sneakers. We also ask that guests avoid wearing whites, creams, and ivories. Our bridal party will be in moss green. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside unless there is inclement weather.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Unfortunately due to limited space we are unable to accommodate guests who are not formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one it will be addressed on your invite as {Your Name} + {Guest Name/Plus 1} OR it will show up under the rsvp tab when you enter in your name.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones, however due to many factors including space this is an adult only affair. We hope you can make this a date opportunity or a night to yourself! We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

When do I need to rsvp by?
Answer
We kindly request that you RSVP no later than June 1st, 2025. If a response isn’t recorded by June 1st you will be marked that you are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding!

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be greatly missed! If you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible by marking “no” under your rsvp so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
