Lox of Bagels
A classic family-owned bagel shop serving freshly-baked bagels, as well as other breakfast and lunch options such as deli sandwiches, paninis, burgers, and salads! Not to mention if you're a milkshake fan, you can scoop one up here as well! (5 min drive from the Appalachian)
The Crystal Cafe
Unassuming cafe in a fun building serving food for all meals of the day! Not to mention its only 3 minutes up the street by car from the Appalachian.
The Daily Bean
Just down the road from the resort lies this hidden gem independent coffee shop with indoor and outdoor garden seating. Perfect for a quick bite!
The Glenwood & The Underground
The Glenwood is a classic sports bar located only 5 minutes from the Appalachian! It's probably our favorite menu on the list if you're craving classic sports bar food from nachos and wings, to burgers and flatbreads!
Milano
Located only a 7 minute drive from the Appalachian, Milano is a popular Italian restaurant serving your typical Italian fare. Chicken parm, rigatoni with vodka sauce, ravioli, you get the picture!
Blue Spice Kitchen
Marked for their Asian fusion, you'll find notes of Korean, Japanese, as well as Chinese meals in a casual, chill environment if your in to that sorta thing! Perfect for dinner as it is open from 12:00 pm to 9:30 p.m. Located a 13 minute drive directly down the road from the Appalachian!
Warwick Valley Winery, Distillery & Orchard
Only 20 minutes away nestled in the Hudson Valley, visit New York State's oldest cidery, and largest distillery on the east coast! Visit for a walk-in tasting or a quick bite in the cafe or simply to enjoy the beauty of the Hudson Valley! We HIGHLY recommend this excursion. Open Wed-Sun 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.!
Heaven Hill Farm Garden Center and Farm Market
Only 7 minutes down the road from the resort is an abundant farmers market of local fruits, vegetables, honey, jams, and a bakery! Not to mention they also have homemade ice cream and italian ice. Even better, they're open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.!
